We are looking for a local Wireless Client Relations Trainee to join our team's mission to achieve client market recognition goals, sales metrics and achieve higher revenue. The Wireless Client Relations Trainee will be the first point of contact for our customers and clients, ensuring smooth wireless sales transactions and long-term customer satisfaction. Wireless Client Relations Trainee Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers face-to-face to provide tailored wireless solutions before, during, and after the sales process
• Effectively communicate wireless product and service presentations to potential customers
• Develop and refine negotiation skills to close sales and build strong customer relationships
• Attend wireless account training sessions, sales meetings, and strategy discussions to master business development techniques
• Provide the most successful customer service throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with other Wireless Client Relations Trainees and client management to improve sales strategies and customer outreach strategies

Wireless Client Relations Trainee Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (college coursework in business, marketing, or sales is a plus)
• Background in sales, customer service, marketing, or business-related fields
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping others
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
• A proactive mindset with a desire to grow beyond an entry-level role
• Willingness to learn and implement new sales strategies for customer engagement

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
