• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings of patients to identify mental health needs, using structured interviews and evidence-based tools to inform treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention services and short-term counseling focused on resolution and stabilization, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
