Move-In Coordinator

The Gardens at St. Elizabeth, located in the historic Highlands neighborhood of Denver, is an Assisted Living and Memory Care community looking for a Move-in/Resident Services Coordinator to join its team!

Job Responsibilities:

Our Resident Services/Move-in Coordinatorwill assist the Community Relations Coordinator with all external and internal move-ins. Meet with all new Independent Living Residents to help orient them to the community, meet with all new AL residents for basic orientation to the community, and ensure that all devices and services are set up; serve as a liaison between residents and staff; coordinate interventions to assist resident needs by meeting with the resident and, when appropriate, with family. Assist families with resources and referrals and additional duties as outlined by facility.

Pay rate is $24-26.92, depending on experience.

Requirements:

• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• Attendance is an essential part of this position.
• 2 or more years working in a long-term care setting.

Salary/Compensation: $24.00 - $26.92 per hour
