Remote Labor Relations Manager: Union Strategy & Compliance

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Manager, Labor Relations to act as a strategic partner for labor-management relations across a network of grocery and distribution facilities. The role is remote with up to 50% travel and involves leading on-site assessments, grievance handling, and arbitration support.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of labor relations experience, deep NLRA knowledge, and strong conflict resolution skills.
