Driver – Senior Living Facility

Grand Villa of Ocala is seeking a dedicated and responsible full-time driver to join our team and support our residents' transportation needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport residents to appointments, outings, and other destinations
• Assist residents with boarding and disembarking from vehicles as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle, including regular inspections and reporting any issues
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety at all times
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and any incidents
• Provide friendly and respectful service to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being during transportation

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience in driving, preferably in a senior care or healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assist residents with mobility and provide compassionate service
• Knowledge of local roads and navigation
• Ability to work flexible hours, approximately 30-32 hours per week
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude
