We are looking for an engaging, outgoing individual to lead sales and customer service for our clients and members. Our team members earn commission for wellness plan sales and have opportunities to earn additional bonuses as well. Full and part-time positions available. Prior retail sales experience is preferred, specifically selling memberships or services. Customer service experience in a spa or similar environment is a plus. Familiarity with modern office tools and computer systems. A passion for listening to and engaging with all clients. Responsibilities Inform clients about the benefits of our Elements Wellness Program, a no-hassle membership plan. Enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program by following our proven sales process. Serve as the first and last point of hospitality for clients, whether on the phone or in person.
