IQVIA Biotech seeks an experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate to manage and monitor oncology clinical trial sites. The role involves ensuring protocol compliance, conducting site visits, supporting patient recruitment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance trial execution.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage and monitor clinical trial sites for protocol and regulatory compliance
- Conduct site qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, and closeout visits
- Review source documentation, resolve data queries, and maintain regulatory documents
- Support patient recruitment and retention efforts with investigative sites
- Mentor junior CRAs through co-monitoring and training activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific, healthcare, or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of on-site clinical monitoring experience
- Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, FDA regulations, and clinical trial processes
- Experience conducting monitoring visits across multiple clinical research phases
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical trial systems
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Compensation: $105,100.00 - $197,500.00 base
