Sr. Clinical Project Manager, IQVIA Biotech

IQVIA Biotech seeks a Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of multi-regional clinical trials in cardiovascular, renal, and metabolic therapeutics. The role involves strategic oversight, cross-functional team leadership, sponsor engagement, and accountability for on-time, on-budget project delivery with regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of medium to large multi-regional clinical studies
- Develop integrated study management plans ensuring process consistency and regulatory alignment
- Serve as primary sponsor liaison, maintaining transparent communication on project status and risks
- Direct cross-functional teams, monitor performance, and ensure accountability to milestones
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks; manage issue resolution and corrective action plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Greater than 7 years clinical research experience with at least 4 years project management
- Proven ability to manage complex global clinical trials and cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Demonstrated proficiency managing budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation
- Experience leading bid defenses and client engagements preferred
Compensation: $93,100–$232,800 base
