As one of our founding Spa Attendants, you’ll be the reason the spa feels immaculate the moment a guest walks in. It’s the kind of work guests never notice when it’s done right — and we notice, every single day. The owners: work in the spa day to day as true partners, not a distant corporate office. Established national brand: you get its training systems, protocols, and standards behind you from day one. What You’ll Do — Linens And Laundry Collect soiled linens from treatment rooms, changing lounges, and service areas throughout the day Wash, dry, fold, and put away sheets, towels, robes, and slippers to Woodhouse standards Keep linen closets organized, fully stocked, and rotated so no therapist ever goes looking for a clean sheet Operate and care for commercial laundry equipment and supplies, and report any maintenance issues promptly Monitor linen inventory levels and flag shortages to management before they become a problem Keep the Spa Immaculate Clean, tidy, and restock the changing lounges, lockers, and guest areas throughout the day Collect and remove trash across the spa, keeping bins fresh and out of guests’ sight and mindMaintain sanitation standards using approved products and procedures Assist with opening and closing duties Be Part of the Founding Team Be a steward of the Woodhouse brand and Woodhouse standards Move through guest areas with a calm, quiet presence that protects the spa’s sense of retreat Support therapists and front desk teammates so services stay on time What We’re Looking For No spa experience required — we will train you Reliability above all: this role only works if the team can count on you to show up and follow through Pride in doing detail work well, and the eye to spot what’s out of place before anyone else does A calm, respectful presence around guests and teammates Housekeeping, hotel, laundry, or hospitality experience is a plus Regular, consistent attendance, and the flexibility to work weekends and Sundays Must be at least 18 years of age Physical Requirements Must be able to be on your feet and moving for most of the shift Must be able to lift, push, and carry up to 45 lbs., including full laundry carts and linen bins Must be able to bend, reach, and kneel repeatedly throughout the day Comfortable working around heat, humidity, and commercial laundry equipment Why Woodhouse Highland Park National brand, local ownership — the credibility, training, and systems of an established national franchise, with owners who work in the spa day to day and are invested in this specific location’s success. Must comply with all company policies and procedures. Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform the essential functions of this position. Other duties may be assigned.
