Senior Systems Administrator / Client Solutions ConsultantWe are looking for a skilled Senior Systems Administrator / Client Solutions Consultant to enhance our Client Services team. This role focuses on optimizing client technology environments and ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Documentation & Maintenance: Develop and manage comprehensive technology documentation for clients, including onboarding, projects, and periodic reviews.Technology Assessment: Perform regular evaluations of client systems to ensure compliance with standards. Document and communicate findings and recommendations to the Client Success Team and virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO).Standards Implementation: Configure and deploy technology solutions in line with established standards, collaborating with technical teams as needed.Technical Support: Offer advanced technical support to Client Success, Service Desk, NOC, SOC, and Professional Services teams.Client Advisory: Consult on technology roadmaps and support the vCIO in preparing for Technology Business Reviews. Act as a technical expert in client meetings.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.3+ years of experience in network and systems administration with a strong background in technology consulting.Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure), networking (firewalls, VPNs), and VoIP systems.Familiarity with IT best practices and frameworks, including ITIL, CIS, and NIST.Demonstrated experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment supporting multiple clients.Skills:Excellent communication and documentation skills.Proven ability to manage complex technical environments and projects.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Why Join Us:Work in a fast-paced, supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth.Collaborate with a team of experts dedicated to delivering high-quality client solutions.
