Training Delivery & Content Specialist

A training enablement and content development specialist responsible for converting subject matter expertise into scalable learning solutions that accelerate adoption of business processes, systems, technologies, and organizational change initiatives. This role designs, develops, and delivers engaging training experiences while leveraging AI-powered tools to create content more efficiently, improve learner engagement, and support client's commitment to continuous innovation and technology adoption. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training programs for employees across multiple business functions. Design and develop engaging learning materials, including presentations, job aids, quick-reference guides, videos, e-learning modules, and facilitator guides. Partner with subject matter experts to capture institutional knowledge and convert it into scalable training assets. Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate content creation, improve learner engagement, and enhance training effectiveness. Record, edit, and maintain training content libraries to support on-demand learning. Support organizational change initiatives through the development of adoption, communication, and training materials. Measure learner engagement and knowledge retention using assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms. Maintain training content within the LMS and ensure learning materials remain current and relevant. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate content development processes through emerging technologies. Promote a culture of continuous learning and technology adoption throughout the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Communications, Business, Human Resources, or related field. 3 plus years of experience developing and delivering training programs. Experience creating instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training content. Experience using learning technologies, LMS platforms, and content authoring tools. Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to create, enhance, or scale training content. Strong presentation, facilitation, and content development skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with tools and processes supporting construction. Fiber or cable strongly preferred. Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) tools and techniques. Training Facilitation: Delivers engaging learning experiences across virtual, in-person, and hybrid environments while adapting content to diverse audiences. Instructional Design: Creates engaging learning materials that simplify complex concepts and drive adoption. Content Development: Produces high-quality training materials, videos, guides, and digital learning assets that can be scaled across the organization. AI & Technology Adoption: Demonstrates enthusiasm for leveraging AI-powered tools to improve content creation, learning delivery, productivity, and business outcomes.
