Job Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license eligible for practice in Texas
• Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required
• Ability to work consistent overnight and night shift schedules
• Strong clinical judgment in a fast-paced inpatient hospital environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight coverage as a nocturnist APP in an inpatient hospital setting
• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients during night shift coverage
• Collaborate with physicians, hospital staff, and the care team to support patient care needs
• Respond to changes in patient condition and prioritize appropriate interventions
• Document patient evaluations, care plans, and updates accurately and efficiently
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the shift
