Associate Data Manager, Clinical Data Sciences United States - Pennsylvania - Collegeville United States - New York - New York City As part of the Clinical Data Sciences (CDS) group within the Clinical Development & Operations organization, the Associate Data Manager is responsible for timely and high-quality data review and query management of clinical data supporting the Pfizer portfolio. Role Summary The Associate Data Manager executes key data management deliverables used to collect, review, monitor, and ensure the integrity of clinical data. Responsibilities Participate in CDS activities including data review and query management. Assist with quality database design, documentation, testing, validation, and implementation of clinical data collection tools (CRF and non-CRF) using an electronic data capture (EDC) system and/or other data collection systems. Ensure work is carried out in accordance with applicable SOPs and working practices. Maintain study‑specific CDS documents in the Trial Master File (TMF) of high quality, filed contemporaneously to support inspection and submission readiness. Collaborate with Data Manager and CDS to apply standards, data acquisition, proactive data review, query management, data cleaning, e‑data processing, data access and visualization, DM metrics reporting, database release, and submission‑related activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree minimum; Health Sciences or Technology degree preferred. 0‑2 years of Data Management experience. Strong knowledge of clinical development and the pharmaceutical regulated industry. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory authorities (e.g., FDA, Health Canada). Ability to learn clinical data management processes and principles in the area of responsibility. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including remote communication. Capability to learn technical data systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Spotfire, J‑Review). Awareness of MedDRA/WHO‑Drug preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.). Benefits Annual base salary ranging from $68,600 to $114,300. Eligible for Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of base salary.
