Senior Program Manager - Oracle Health Fed

Salary: $64,400 - 166,100 per year Requirements:

• We define scope, build roadmaps, and handle planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and status communication.
• We align multiple stakeholders and secure sponsorship to help programs succeed.
• We provide clear visibility into progress against plan through regular reporting to senior leadership.
• We help establish scalable frameworks, including processes, tools, documentation, and project management standards.
• We identify process improvement opportunities and share recommendations with program leadership.
• We encourage cross-functional teamwork, coordination, and consistent communication across stakeholders.
• We build trusted relationships with partner teams, internal and external, to understand priorities and maintain alignment.
• We support organizational change management planning with relevant stakeholders.
