About the Role Key Responsibilities: Work closely with business and finance stakeholders to understand requirements and align technology solutions with business needs. Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable requirements for programmers and developers. Develop and maintain KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and automated reporting deliverables. Build and support reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. Support complex business processes and develop effective data-driven solutions. Participate in multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and Finance/technical teams. Build databases, models, dashboards, and analytical solutions to support supply chain and finance workstreams. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience with Power BI, Excel, and/or Tableau. Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets. Experience with automation and automated reporting/deliverables. Ability to gather requirements and work effectively with business, finance, and technical stakeholders. Strong communication and project management skills. Experience with ERP systems, database management systems, and reporting tools. Desired Qualifications: Experience supporting Supply Chain Finance or finance-related workstreams. Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements. Experience managing multiple projects concurrently. Experience working with ambiguous business problems and developing data-driven solutions. Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $1,22,700 – $1,33,120 annually.
