What You’ll Need:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA CCC’s or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Passion for supporting pediatric populations in a school-based setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Flexibility, empathy, and strong organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, and communication disorders among students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams
• Provide direct therapy services and maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to maximize students’ educational outcomes
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed for optimal results
• Participate in IEP meetings, in-service trainings, and multidisciplinary team discussions
