Job Description Senior Site Manager | Warehouse Automation Projects\n Remote, USA | 100% travel to site\n\nA global automation provider is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead high-value, technically complex warehouse automation installations across the USA.\n\nThis role carries full ownership of large-scale projects ($20M+) during the on-site phase, with significant responsibility across safety, schedule, commercial alignment, and customer satisfaction.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Lead complex $20M+ automation installations\n Oversee multiple subcontract packages and startup teams\n Drive schedule, risk mitigation, and escalation management\n Act as primary customer interface during installation and commissioning\n Lead mass testing, integration, and final acceptance\n Align change orders and manage commercial impact\n Safety (OSHA compliance, site standards, vendor oversight)\n\n\nIdeal Background\n\n Has 10+ years’ experience in automation, material handling, or industrial project delivery\n Has managed $20M+ system implementations\n Is confident leading subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams\n Understands commissioning, integration testing and system ramp-up\n Can operate independently at customer site level\n Is comfortable with 100% travel across the U.S.\n\n\nIf you thrive in fast-paced industrial environments, enjoy leading from the front, and want to deliver industry-leading automation systems, this is a strong progression opportunity.
