What you'll do:Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities.Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, observability, and maintenance.Lead system design reviews to ensure quality, feasibility, and alignment with architectural best practices.Build AI-driven applications and integrate ML components using modern programming languages and platforms.Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing.Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and track success metrics using data-driven practices.Continuously improve processes, tools, and products to enhance scalability, resilience, and agility.What you'll bring:Proven experience in software development with strong proficiency in cloud-native architecture and platform engineering.Expertise in designing scalable, resilient, and maintainable systems using microservices, containers, and automation.Solid understanding of software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to ensure high-quality solutions.Demonstrated ability to lead full software development lifecycle including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and monitoring.Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making and debugging capabilities.Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions to promote engineering excellence.Effective collaboration skills to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
