Problem‑Solve: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues. Be the Expert: Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and internal policies to provide accurate information. Advocate for the Customer: Document and elevate valuable customer feedback to the management team. Keep it Clean: Accurately update customer records, log interactions and maintain a professional inviting environment. Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role (Automotive or technical background is a major plus!). Communication: Stellar written and verbal communication skills. You can explain complex things in simple terms for all to understand. Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple software tools simultaneously. Emotional Intelligence: High empathy, active listening skills, and thick skin for handling difficult or stressful customer situations with grace.
