This is not a traditional team position. You'll continue building your own business while also partnering with me to serve luxury clients throughout Austin. What You’ll Do Show homes to buyers and prospective clients Host open houses Assist with listing appointments and property launches Conduct market research and pricing analysis Attend inspections, contractor meetings, and client appointments when needed Help coordinate listings from preparation through closing Provide exceptional service to buyers and sellers Occasionally cover client needs while I'm traveling Continue growing your own personal real estate business What I'm Looking For Active Texas Real Estate License 1-5 years of residential real estate experience preferred Professional appearance and excellent communication skills Highly organized and dependable Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic Comfortable working evenings and weekends when clients need you Tech savvy and quick to learn new systems Positive attitude with a genuine desire to build a long‑term career Compensation This is a commission-​based opportunity. You'll earn commissions for business you generate, as well as commission opportunities for assisting with team clients and transactions. As you demonstrate your value and take on greater responsibilities, your opportunities and compensation will grow accordingly.
