Job Overview A law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate in Austin, TX, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. This role involves working with sophisticated clients on complex real estate transactions, focusing on data center and energy‑related projects. Duties Draft purchase and sale agreements, particularly for power infrastructure contingencies. Analyze development issues including power, water, fiberoptic infrastructure, zoning, entitlements, permits, and land use. Close real estate transactions efficiently and effectively. Requirements Experience with data center development and financing preferred. Am Law 100 firm experience required. Excellent writing and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Education Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of resident office location. Skills Proficiency in drafting legal documents related to real estate transactions. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
