Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is hiring a

full-time

Registered Nurse Supervisor for our Emergency Department, home to Hampton Roads' only Level I Trauma Center. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing emergency nursing team where clinical skill, teamwork, and purpose come together to make an immediate impact for patients and families across the region.

Available Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. 11:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. 1:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m. - 3:00 a.m. Weekends:

Every other weekend availability required

Education Requirements

BSN Required

Certification/Licensure Requirements

Registered Nurse license required

Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of hire

NIHSS, TCRN, SCRN, TNCC, CEN, PALS, and ACLS preferred

Experience Requirements

2 years RN experience Required

Emergency Department experience preferred

One year Nursing Leadership/Supervisory experience required

The base pay range for full-time employment is $104,416.00 - $154,356.80 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
