You combine sound regulatory knowledge, analytical skills, effective coordination, and clear technical writing to support accurate and defensible environmental reviews. You are comfortable working with federal customers, technical specialists, cooperating agencies, regulators, and stakeholders to advance environmental planning, impact analysis, public involvement, and informed decision making. Support compliance and consultation activities associated with other applicable environmental and historic-preservation requirements under the direction of project leadership and qualified technical specialists. Draft notices, scoping materials, public meeting content, agency correspondence, responses to comments, Findings of No significant Impact (FONSIs), Records of Decision (RODs), and administrative-record materials. Organize and support technical workshops, public meetings, cooperating-agency meetings, tribal engagement activities, and stakeholder coordination. Perform document reviews to verify clarity, consistency, technical support, source traceability, and alignment with customer procedures and project requirements. Maintain comment, commitment, consultation, decision, schedule, and risk trackers and help organize complete and auditable project files and administrative records. Coordinate day-to-day activities with federal program staff, engineers, scientists, planners, public-affairs personnel, contractors, regulators, state and local agencies, tribal representatives, and community stakeholders, as appropriate.
