What You ll Do:

• Provide diagnostic, pharmacological, and non-pharmacological treatments for patients with mental health conditions
• Conduct assessments, interpret biopsychosocial data, and formulate treatment plans
• Educate patients regarding medication use and monitor lab work and medication efficacy
• Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health record systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community agencies to coordinate care
• Maintain professional standards and stay current with ongoing education and training
• Respond to utilization management and quality of care issues as needed

What You Need:

• Valid RN license and NP licensure in Iowa
• Certification as a clinical specialist/NP by ANCC or equivalent
• Minimum three years of clinical experience in mental health or behavioral health preferred
• Strong communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Electronic Health Records preferred
