Established (20+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Family Law Attorney for Family Law and High Net Worth Domestic Relations Matters in Beverly Hills, California

An established firm based in Beverly Hills , California with over 20+ years in practice is seeking a Family Law Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team onsite . This role involves significant work in family law, high net worth divorce, custody, support, complex asset division, and domestic relations litigation , representing sophisticated clients in contested and negotiated matters while managing cases from inception through resolution.

 

Offer
Salary range: $205,000-$285,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications
Active California Bar membership in good standing
3 years of experience practicing family law with substantial litigation exposure
Experience handling high net worth divorce and complex financial matters
Strong background in motion practice, discovery, and court appearances
Excellent legal writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage a full caseload independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong client communication skills and sound professional judgment

 

Responsibilities
Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and related proceedings
Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and substantive legal memoranda
Manage discovery and conduct and defend depositions
Prepare and appear at hearings, mediations, and trials
Advise clients on legal strategy, risk assessment, and resolution options
Maintain consistent client communication and provide high-level client service
Manage deadlines, court filings, and case strategy while collaborating with the legal team
