Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they step through our doors
• Be a knowledgeable resource, answering guests' questions and providing accurate information about our programs, services, and policies
• Efficiently handle guest check-ins and registrations, ensuring a smooth and seamless process
• Manage phone calls and emails, promptly and confidently addressing inquiries and requests
• Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Requirements

• Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, using a positive and empathetic approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment and stay calm under pressure
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in tasks like cash handling
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required, understanding that our gym operates during peak times
