Operations Supervisor – DMS Health Technologies – Fargo, ND, United States Overview Position Type: Full Time Category: Management Description Lead People. Support Customers. The Territory Manager serves as the primary operational leader for field-based mobile imaging technologists, technologist assistants, and route drivers. The role supports employees and customers by coordinating activities of assigned mobile and fixed‑site imaging routes, ensuring effective service delivery and operational efficiency. Location: Office‑based role located on‑site at our West Fargo corporate headquarters, 728 East Beaton Drive, Suite 101. Direct, coordinate, assign, schedule, and review work of assigned staff to ensure quality customer service. Maintain staffing levels, approve time off, confirm route coverage, and process biweekly payroll and expense reporting. Onboard and train newly hired staff members. Follow established protocols and procedures required for a safe and compliant work environment. Develop and manage relationships with customers; proactively identify improvement opportunities, address concerns, and implement solutions to increase satisfaction. Analyze operational efficiency and audit quality improvement and patient care measures to ensure compliance. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, Radiologic Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Previous leadership, supervisory, or team coordination experience with ability to coach, mentor, and support geographically dispersed employees. Exceptional time management, organizational, relationship management, critical thinking, and verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. PC proficiency using a variety of software packages and computer navigation. Strong accuracy, detail orientation, and ability to work independently with limited direct supervision. Ability to handle difficult situations, remain calm under stress, manage emotions, display empathy, and maintain positive communication during a rapidly changing environment. Ability to analyze operational data and identify opportunities for improvement. Flexibility to work outside of traditional business hours as needed.
