Job Details:

• Work in outpatient infusion center and cancer acute care clinic providing autonomous APP work through consultative model
• Manage 10-12 patients per day including adults and adolescents
• Handle urgent care/same day triage patients, adverse reactions, transfers, and direct admissions with ED
• Work Day 4x10-Hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00) with full-time coverage required
• Provide independent visits and drive work through referrals from oncology counterparts
• Manage patient care for specific disease groups in oncology from diagnosis through treatment
• Work with support staff including APPs, RNs, and MAs in infusion center setting
• Use Epic EMR system for documentation and patient management
• Minimum 2 years experience required with oncology inpatient experience or combination of infusion experience with emergency/urgent care or critical care
• ACLS certification required along with BLS and additional AHA certifications
• CA PA license with master's degree required for PAs, or CA license with specific board certifications for NPs
• CA DEA Schedule 2 required, OCN or AOCNP certification preferred
