People Operations & Executive Coordinator Full Time GENERATORS ON DEMAND LLC, Old Lyme, CT, US Position Overview The Operations & People Excellence Manager is responsible for executing and maintaining the systems that drive employee success, operational consistency, and organizational accountability. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role that works directly with leadership to ensure our company operates efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with our standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building structure, driving accountability, and creating clarity within a growing organization. Key Responsibilities People & HR Execution Manage 30 / 60 / 90‑day and annual performance reviews Identify gaps in performance and draft / execute training path opportunities and/or Performance Improvement Plans as needed Partner with employees to identify career pathing opportunities, supporting the creation of Personal Development Plans (PDP) in conjunction with Role Maps Monitor, coach to and document employee opportunities and successes for annual review and merit conversations Conduct 1:1 employee check‑ins alongside COO Identify training gaps and support needs Lead hiring coordination, offer letter preparation , and onboarding execution Ensure structured onboarding and training execution & coordination Maintain consistency and compliance across all employee lifecycle processes Serve as primary contact for ADP TotalSource Complete company‑wide weekly payroll submission Lead off‑boarding tasks when necessary Organizational Structure Maintain and refine: Job descriptions Roles & responsibilities Department accountability Ensure clear structure and accountability across all divisions: Sales Operations Install Service & Repair Leasing Rentals Resale SOP Development & Compliance Ensure 100% SOP coverage across all roles Maintain and organize SOPs within systems (Trainual / SharePoint) Audit adherence and correct breakdowns Drive consistent, repeatable processes across the organization Operational Execution Support Execute and drive completion of cross‑functional operational priorities as directed by leadership Ensure accountability and follow‑through across departments Track progress and completion of key initiatives Systems & Platform Support Develop working knowledge of FieldEdge and the company’s proprietary platform (in development) Support adoption and alignment of internal systems and processes Support internal troubleshooting across: Customers Invoicing Dispatch Service Leases & rentals Financial & Manufacturer Coordination Track OEM co‑op dollars Ensure warranty claims are accurate, submitted, and current Maintain proper documentation and reporting What Success Looks Like 100% completion of 30/60/90‑day and annual employee reviews SOPs documented, implemented, and actively followed across all departments 100% confidentiality and professionalism in all matters, especially HR related matters Clear, organized SharePoint and documentation systems adopted company‑wide Reduction in operational errors and miscommunication Leadership has strong visibility into execution, accountability, and team performance Qualifications 3–6+ years in operations, HR coordination, or business administration Strong organizational and follow‑through skills Experience managing processes, documentation, or systems Ability to hold others accountable professionally Comfortable working cross‑functionally Experience with CRM/service software (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
