Logistics Management Specialist

Logistics Manager DutiesReview and assess logistics operational shortfalls and identify opportunities for improvement in the logistics process.Plan, program and prioritize subordinate work requirements.Ensure all required equipment and supplies are on hand and designated personnel are selected, properly trained, and fully qualified to perform assigned duties.Conduct internal audits to validate that Logistics personnel are complying with procedural instructions and other published guidance.Develop requirements, maintain electronic records, and coordinate the physical disposition of all contingency stocks, including medical Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Responsible for creating, reviewing, standard operating procedures (SOP), and updating logistics instructions.Develop and implement work performance standards and evaluates work performance of subordinates.
