Automotive Sales Representative Responsibilities Guide customers through the entire purchasing process, helping them select and secure the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to generate repeat and referral business. Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and confidently close sales opportunities. Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, features, financing options, and promotions. Deliver a seamless, transparent, and enjoyable buying experience from first contact to final delivery.
