Inventory SupervisorThe Inventory Supervisor is responsible for implementation and monitoring of compliance with operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.Promotes a safe environment for the customer's product, associates, and temporary workers. Writes and responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and operations. Advises management on the appropriate resolution of operating issues. Provides 100% customer satisfaction. Builds a positive teamwork environment by listening and communicating with all associates. Follows and implements all AIM procedures for the facility. Helps maintain a tour ready facility. Follows the Sundown policy. Monitors daily compliance to safety procedures. Investigates accidents and prepares reports. Provides on-the-job coaching and training needed to ensure associate skills are maintained at desired levels.
