Our organization is currently looking for a full-time, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible physician specializing in Family Practice or Internal Medicine to join our outpatient clinic located in Fairview, Oregon. This role will be designated as the Primary Care Clinical Practice Manager Physician. As part of the Portland VA Medical Center network, you will deliver services within a comprehensive system of outpatient clinics and hospitals throughout Oregon. The primary care provider will operate as a highly skilled, independent practitioner, managing patient care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and utilizing cutting-edge medical technologies.

Candidates should hold board certification in either Family Practice or Internal Medicine and exhibit strong leadership and administrative skills. A genuine enthusiasm for fostering staff education and development, along with a dedication to professional growth, equal employment opportunities, and positive labor relations, is crucial.

Our clinic follows the PACT Model (Patient Aligned Care Team). The primary care provider will work alongside a team that includes a PCP, RN, LPN, and a Medical Support Assistant, managing a patient panel of around 900 individuals. The PACT team is responsible for delivering comprehensive care to our Veteran population, addressing both acute and chronic conditions. Common health issues managed include diabetes, hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, degenerative arthritis, depression, congestive heart failure, and chronic pain. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekend or holiday shifts required.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Possess a current, full, and unrestricted medical or surgical license in the U.S.
• Board Certification in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
