Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time & PRN | $50–65/hr + Sign-On Bonus

Aspen Point Health and Rehabilitation | St. Charles, MO

Full-Time: $50–57/hour, plus a generous sign-on bonus
PRN: $55–65/hour

Vertical Health Services is hiring Occupational Therapists to join our in-house therapy team in St. Charles, MO. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with 15 rehab facilities across Missouri and this role means one consistent location, no travel between buildings, and a newly renovated facility with two brand-new therapy gyms.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload — orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence
• Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
• Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
• Use current equipment and modalities in our newly renovated therapy gyms

What You'll Need

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Missouri (or eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
