Travel Step Down/Tele Registered Nurse

This is a 13-week contract position.

Days: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

The Travel Step Down/Tele RN plays an essential role in providing high-quality care to patients in a step-down or telemetry unit. The nurse will monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a step-down or telemetry setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• PALS and SAMA certifications preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required; pending state license candidates may be considered.
• Minimum of two years of relevant nursing experience preferred.
