Patient Care Technician & Front Desk Coordinator

Bonds Eye Care is a modern optometry practice in Downingtown, PA focused on providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming and supportive environment.

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, detail-oriented team member to join our practice on a full-time or part-time basis . This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and being part of a close-knit healthcare team.

No prior eye care experience needed -we provide all the training.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Welcome patients and assist with check-in/check-out
• Maintain patient records, orders and other administrative tasks
• Perform pre-testing and diagnostic imaging (training provided)

Hours of operation:
Monday–Thursday: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM and Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED

Full-time or Part-time hourly rate:

$18-$22
