Assess patients spanning pediatric, adult, and geriatric stages using a variety of evaluations and observational methods.

Create individualized therapy strategies that cater to both immediate needs and long-term aspirations in communication and swallowing.

Deliver personalized speech therapy sessions targeted at enhancing language, voice, fluency, and swallowing capabilities.

Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary care teams including occupational and physical therapists, medical staff, caregivers, and families to develop integrated care approaches.

Educate both patients and their families to extend therapeutic progress beyond clinical walls.

Provide occasional inpatient evaluations and treatments to ensure a smooth continuum of care.

Maintain precise and timely documentation that complies with all relevant regulatory requirements.

Engage in ongoing professional development and collaboration to keep up with innovative practices in the field.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if you are not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure for practicing as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based methodologies applicable to all ages, with an extensive grasp of both developmental and acquired communication and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional ability in interpersonal communication with patients, their families, and various integrated healthcare teams.
