Canton Christian Home is looking for a caring, dependable, and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team!
Position: Assisted Living LPN Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Status: Full-Time / Part-Time Available
- Provide compassionate nursing care to our Assisted Living residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition
- Complete accurate documentation and charting
- Work closely with STNAs, residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Assist with care plans and ensure resident needs are met
- Promote a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for our residents
- Follow all facility policies and state regulations
- Current Ohio LPN license in good standing
- Previous long-term care or assisted living experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
- Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
