This full-time role is ideal for motivated, goal-oriented individuals who enjoy building relationships, helping clients understand their coverage options, and working in a performance-driven team environment. You will work closely with clients, develop product knowledge, and contribute to agency growth through strong service and sales support. Training and Support We provide hands-on training to help team members build product knowledge, strengthen sales skills, and succeed in the role. Is this a commission-only position? Absolutely not! Our compensation plan is unmatched in the marketplace. We offer a base salary with uncapped commission and attractive bonuses. What can I reasonably expect to make in the first year? If you follow our sales process, at the very least you can expect to make $50,000 in your first year with your base salary, commission, and bonuses.
