Charge Nurse/LPN

The Charge Nurse/LPN plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in a healthcare setting. This position involves overseeing nursing staff, coordinating patient care activities, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. The Charge Nurse/LPN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing nursing interventions. Minimum Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in the state of Missouri.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a charge nurse role or leadership position.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient patient care.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
