Client Advisor - Nordstrom Valley Fair

Summary The Client Advisor will report to the Store Manager at Nordstrom Valley Fair and deliver exceptional luxury retail experiences through personalized client outreach and strong product knowledge. The role focuses on meeting and exceeding sales goals and KPIs while maintaining high visual and service standards. The advisor supports store operations, participates in training, and contributes to a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and appointments Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and selling techniques (cross-selling, upselling, multiple selling) to maximize transactions Develop new clients via appointments and consignments and inform clients of new collections and events Establish and maintain client profiles and strong client relationships Assist with basic opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, visual standards, and light store maintenance Maintain product knowledge through training resources and comply with company policies Requirements 1-2 years retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and build a loyal client following Strong verbal and written communication skills and a polished, professional appearance Available to work closing shifts (minimum three times per week), at least three Saturdays and two Sundays per month, annual inventory and holiday season Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and to climb a ladder and lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly #J-18808-Ljbffr
