Client Advisor - Valley Fair

Summary Part‑time Client Advisor based at Valley Fair in Santa Clara responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through expert product knowledge and clienteling. The role focuses on meeting individual and store sales targets while maintaining a premium store image. The advisor will build and expand a client book and support day‑to‑day store operations. Responsibilities Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals. Use product knowledge during the sales process to maximize units sold per transaction and total transaction value. Capture and maintain customer information in the database and consistently follow up with clients. Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes and maintain and expand a client book. Manage shipping, alterations, and any client‑related issues to resolution. Assist with housekeeping and maintain the store image and presentation. Support shipping and receiving and inventory control as requested. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requirements Minimum 3 years of retail experience with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting. Computer literate with the ability to learn and use various software packages. Candidates with an existing client book strongly preferred. Passion for luxury products and an appreciation for design. Service‑oriented and customer‑focused with strong communication skills.
