SummaryRedwire Space Missions, LLC has a current opportunity for a Quality Assurance Manager (willing to consider all levels) located at our Littleton, CO facility. In this role you will be a key member of the Quality Assurance leadership team and will manage and execute all aspects of the AS9100 quality management systems across multiple business sites. Leading efforts to ensure the reliability, safety, and quality of our systems and processes. ResponsibilitiesAligning quality management system and quality standards across all sites to develop a strong quality cultureCollect, analyze and summarize data from non-conformance investigations with support from relevant teamsConduct root cause analysisIdentify and implement corrective and preventative actionsProfessional experience preparing reports, metrics, and other documents in support of annual Management Reviews (meaningful metrics)Prior experience in a functional leadership capacity. Including experience working with and coaching quality personnel and cross functional teamsExperience planning, organizing, and reporting on supplier quality-related activities to assure fulfillment of contract/purchase order requirementsIdeal ExperienceBachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; 8+ years of Aerospace or Space industry experience in a quality-related functionDegree in Engineering, Science or relevant field. Experience may be substituted for degreeKnowledge and experience with AS9100 quality standards, including leading an organization through AS9100 certificationMust be able to travel up to 10%, to other Redwire locationsDesired SkillsStrong leadership, organization, and communication skills, with 5+ years of people leadership experience in a functional management capacityKnowledge of IPC Standards & NASA workmanship standardsIndividual will need to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization and business.AS9100 Lead Auditor certification or the ability to become certifiedExperience with the life-cycle processes associated with the development of space flight hardware and software.Ability to work in an environment with competing priorities is necessaryMust be able to work in a cross-functional team environmentU.S. Citizenship required.
