Maintenance Technician

Pay: $30–$34/hour

Shift: 1st Shift (6:30 AM – 3:30 PM) with flexibility for weekends and occasional shift coverage

Job Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a busy manufacturing facility by performing troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on production equipment. Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair coaters, release liners, slitters, and other production machinery
• Diagnose and repair mechanical systems including belts, bearings, couplings, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Read and interpret diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Inspect equipment and identify the source of mechanical problems
• Complete daily maintenance rounds and assist with monitoring facility systems
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to support operations and process improvements
• Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to manage work orders

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
• Ability to upload, download, configure, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs and process instruments
• Ability to learn and operate lift trucks and related attachments
• Manufacturing maintenance experience preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $66560.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
