We are seeking a versatile Senior Industrial Designer to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. This role sits at the intersection of design, engineering, and product strategy. You will design best-in-class, connected retail product solutions focused on access, security, and user experience.

As an individual contributor, you will drive your own projects while actively supporting broader team goals. Additionally, you will translate complex requirements into thoughtful, manufacturable solutions and confidently contribute to technical decision-making early in development.

Key responsibilities include translating complex requirements into thoughtful, manufacturable product solutions, contributing to technical decision-making early in the product development cycle, applying deep knowledge of production processes, developing innovative connected solutions for retail security and access control markets, creating high-fidelity renderings and visual concepts to communicate design intent, and demonstrating strong process management experience to guide projects from concept to production.

Required skills and qualifications include 7+ years of experience in industrial design as a generalist, proficiency in SolidWorks, Keyshot, and Adobe Photoshop, deep understanding of manufacturing, molding processes, and draft angles, proven track record of designing hardware for connected (IoT) solutions, and an innovative problem-solving mindset who thrives as an individual contributor within a team.
