RN - Case Management

Case ManagerThis is a 13-week contract position.Day shift, 5x8 hour schedule (08:00 - 16:30), Monday to Friday. No weekend shifts required.The Case Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective care coordination, conducting concurrent reviews, and determining medical necessity based on evidence-based guidelines. The role involves discharge planning and assessments of patient needs while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.Care coordination and assessment of patient needs.Conducting concurrent reviews and continued stay reviews.Developing and implementing plans of care.Facilitating discharge planning.Utilizing InterQual Criteria and Milliman Guidelines.Ensuring compliance with CMS regulations.Minimum of 1 year of experience in case management.Charge experience preferred.No specific certifications required.Experience with Epic charting system preferred.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
