Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF) credential.
• Minimum of 2 years of school-based SLP experience in California.
• At least 1 year of experience utilizing SEIS documentation platform.
• Strong background managing high caseloads and processing referrals efficiently.
• Experience supervising SLPAs with facilitator support is highly valued.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred and rewarded, though not mandatory.
• Ability and willingness to work fully onsite; teletherapy is not offered for this position.

Role Highlights:

• Work 37.5 hours per week across a full school year calendar.
• Support students’ communication skills, working closely with other SLPs and likely with SLPA assistance.
• Use data-driven methods for assessment, documentation, and goal-setting via SEIS.
• Collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality, individualized speech and language services.
• Provide oversight and guidance to SLPAs when needed.
