Data Scientist / Data Modeler (ECL/HPCC)

Falls Technology is seeking a Data Scientist / Data Modeler (ECL/HPCC) to support a federal national-security mission. This is an onsite role in McLean, VA , focused on designing data models and building high-volume ECL data processing on HPCC Systems clusters, with work that spans large structured and unstructured datasets. Beyond mission‑critical engineering, the role comes with strong benefits, including a 9% retirement contribution , 100% of family medical premiums paid , and 4 weeks of PTO . What you’ll do Build and optimize large-scale ECL data processing on HPCC Systems deployed as clustered environments Design, evolve, and support data models for complex analytic needs Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to identify patterns and relationships Develop data cleansing, integration, and transformation pipelines Create supporting tools using Python, SQL, Java, or C Core requirements Active TS/SCI with Polygraph 5+ years of hands‑on ECL development Experience with HPCC Systems and clustered/parallel computing Data modeling and large-scale data analysis Proficiency in one or more : Python, R, SQL, Java, C, or Pig Additional skills that help ECL / HPCC performance tuning Entity resolution and relationship analysis Cloud data processing STEM degree Location: On-site in McLean, VA (Full-Time) Compensation: USD 200,000 per yearly Minimum experience: 5+ years #J-18808-Ljbffr Fallstechnology
