The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support for three Global Markets flagship events: Bridge, HFES and ETF Partnership Day. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality events on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Provide event planning and coordination support for Bridge and HFES, working closely with the event owners, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful executionAssist in the development and management of event budgets, timelines, and logisticsCoordinate with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective promotion of the eventsManage relationships with external vendors, such as caterers, audio-visual providers, and decorators, to ensure high-quality delivery of servicesDevelop and maintain event websites, registration platforms, and other digital channels as requiredCoordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for speakers, attendees, and staff as neededProvide on-site event management support, including registration, catering, and audio-visual coordinationConduct post-event evaluations and KPI's and provide recommendations for future improvementsRequirements:3-5 years of experience in event management, preferably in the financial services industryProven track record of delivering high-quality events on time and within budgetExcellent project management, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracyExperience with event management software and digital tools, such as event registration platforms and website managementStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholdersContract Details:The successful candidate will be hired as a contractor for a period of 6 monthsThe contract will commence on January XXX 2027 and end May 31, 2027 - TBC.The contractor will be expected to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as required to meet event deadlinesThe contractor will be paid a daily/hourly rate of TBD, with payment terms to be agreed upon in the contractJerseycityNJ Page Range Where Required (currently California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington)Disclaimer: Kyyba is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
