Lead Electrical Assembler III (Onsite)

Lead Electrical Assembler III Responsibilities Coordinate daily production activities within the Melbourne DCN Humiseal COE and ensure production priorities are met. Maintain effective pass‑down with other shifts and report progress to supervisors. Inspect own work to ensure compliance with workmanship standards, engineering requirements, and design specifications. Perform work in accordance with productivity expectations to meet customer deadlines. Comply with all Raytheon Technologies rules and regulations, including Environmental Health and Safety, Ethics and Compliance, Quality, and attendance requirements. Participate in cost‑reduction and continuous improvement plans/events as required. Participate in audits and complete required training and skill/knowledge certifications. Maintain materials, equipment, and work area in a clean and orderly condition. Carry out additional duties as assigned to support department objectives. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) or vocational/technical education related to electrical assembly. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in electrical assembly or related field. U.S. Person status (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible for export authorizations). Ability to work in a repetitive task environment and collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced team setting. Preferred: CI or CQSI certification in Planar and Conformal Coat, and completion of related training. Preferred: Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, safety rules, and operating instructions.
